Shep joined the firm in 2005 and focuses his practice on litigation and will contests.
As a successful trial attorney with a broad civil trial practice, Shep has obtained numerous jury verdicts as lead attorney in the following practice areas: wrongful death, punitive damages, breach of fiduciary duty, premises liability, business litigation, probate litigation, construction defect, assault, product liability, invasion of privacy, ordinary negligence, and personal injury.
Shep successfully tried his first wrongful death case (multiple fatalities) to a unanimous jury verdict in 1997. As an experienced civil litigation and trial attorney representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants, Shep has taken hundreds of successful depositions, attended well over 100 successful mediations, and has successfully resolved thousands of litigated disputes by settlement or trial throughout the State of Texas.
