Helping Dallas, Park Cities, Highland Park Texas Area Families with Estate Planning, Probate & Litigation

One of the most important things to include in your Will is to identify your family. This includes your marital history and children. For example, your Will should state whether you are married, divorced, widowed, or in a common law marriage and your Will should also state how many children you have and if you have any adopted children or step children.

If you already have your Will, you should review it to make sure it has this information and if you need a Will, you can make sure this information is included.

Learn what else needs to be included in your Will by reading our blog, The 10 MUST HAVE Parts of a Will.
