People always ask what it's like to work with my dad and my brother. We're a family firm, we have six attorneys total, three of us are the family and we have three non-family members, and it's great. We have a very close family and so not only do we work together, but after work, we're together on weekends, we're together in the evenings, and what Dad has always taught us is that when you're at work, you're at work, that's what you're there to do. But as soon as you walk out of the back door, leave work at work. Go home and be with your family, be with your kids. And he's really done a great job teaching us that. Now, we have our arguments, we have our ups, we have our downs, but the great thing about is that I can go into my brother's office and we can yell and we can scream, and we can have, you know, hot debates, but after five, ten minutes of yelling and screaming, we come out and we're going to lunch together. And it's been a great privilege and I've thoroughly enjoyed it.
