Mr. Nikolopoulos joined our firm in May of 2005, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts as well as arbitrations. His diverse practice consists of civil litigation in areas such as business law, probate and family law. He also maintains an intellectual property practice in the areas of trademark, copyright and unfair competition law. Mr. Nikolopoulos has handled numerous trials as a first-chair attorney with successful results. He is also well adept at all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, motion practice and mediation. His broad experience allows him to provide unparalleled representation to clients on a wide variety of issues.
